Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 24 hours from the date of purchase. If more than 24 hours have passed since your order or payment, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods and services are exempt from being returned, including:
- Perishable goods such as food, beverages, and takeaway meals (including partially consumed or used portions).
- Gift vouchers and e-Gift Cards.
- Delivery or service fees already incurred.
Proof of Purchase
To complete your return or refund request, we require a valid receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send or return any items to the restaurant unless instructed to do so by our management team.
Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, we may offer a partial refund or store credit, for example when:
- An order was incorrectly fulfilled (missing or incorrect items).
- A dine-in experience that did not meet expectations due to unforeseen issues must be reported to the Duty Manager at the time of checkout or before the final bill is processed, so that the matter can be reviewed and addressed promptly..
Refund Process
Once we have received and inspected your return or reviewed photographic evidence (where applicable), we will contact you by email or phone to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. Processing times can vary between institutions.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items, special offers, or promotional meals cannot be refunded or exchanged.
e-Gift Cards and Vouchers
e-Gift Cards and digital vouchers are non-refundable once issued. However, if the item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return, once the return is approved.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to the original purchaser.

You are responsible for paying your own delivery or return shipping costs. Shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund amount.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for an exchanged product or refund to reach you may vary.
Please note: if you return an item through another person or a delivery partner, we cannot guarantee that we will receive it or that a refund will be processed.
