Punjabi Biryani
Biryani is one of India’s most famous rice dish. It is made with Manjit’s special Basmati rice, spices and meat (Choice of Beef, Chicken, Lamb or Goat) or even a Vegetarian version. The meat or vegetables is cooked along with rice and left on slow fire for a fragrant and aromatic flavour.
