Description
Roganjosh is a staple of Kashmiri cuisine and is one of the main dishes of Kashmir. Roganjosh consists of pieces of lamb braised with a gravy flavoured with garlic, ginger, and aromatic spices. Rich gravy is used to finish the pot roast garnished with green coriander.

Incredible flavors in the Roganjosh! The lamb is usually melt-in-your-mouth, though I did find one piece a bit chewy. I know it’s hard to control every piece they get from their supplier, so it’s 100% forgivable. The rest of the dish was fantastic. 5 stars, no question!
