4. Table Reservations and Bookings

Reservations can be made via our website, phone, or in person. A booking confirmation will be provided once your reservation is successfully placed.

We will hold your reserved table for 15 minutes from your scheduled booking time. After this period, your table may be released or reallocated to another guest unless you have informed us in advance that you are running late.
If you have paid an advance deposit for your table and fail to attend (no-show) without prior notice, your advance payment will not be refunded.
Changes or cancellations to bookings should be communicated as early as possible by calling our restaurant directly.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, events, or safety reasons.

5. Takeaway, Delivery & Online Orders

Orders can be placed through our website or third-party delivery partners such as UberEats, Menulog, or DoorDash. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled unless permitted by management.

Estimated preparation and delivery times are provided for convenience only and may vary based on location, kitchen capacity, and delivery partner performance.

6. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes. Prices may vary between dine-in, takeaway, and online ordering platforms.

Payment can be made via accepted credit/debit cards, online payment gateways, or in-person methods. Manjit’s Indian Restaurant does not store full payment card details and uses secure payment providers to process transactions.

7. e-Gift Card/Vouchers

Manjit’s Indian Restaurant offers digital e-Gift Cards/Vouchers that can be redeemed for meals or services at our restaurant.

e-Gift Cards/Vouchers are valid for the period stated at the time of issue and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost, stolen, or expired cards will not be replaced or refunded.
Gift Cards/Vouchers must be presented at the time of payment to be redeemed.
